A Branded Platform

	The Brief
Two film & TV industry experts came to us with a problem: There was nowhere for people on different sides of their fence to meet, talk and collaborate on work together. They had an idea of a website which could bring these people together and they had a name, Fylmer.
What they needed was everything to make it a reality - to take an idea and make it a real brand and business.
 
		
			 
		
	First, we created a brand that would grab people’s attention from all sides and gave it a place to live that made it fit right in - along with a slight strategic tweak to the name: Filmer.tv
 
		
			 
		
	Beneath the surface, we built a platform where users could join as clients or creatives and share their respective work needs and work proposals in a seamless and industry-standard manner. Clients put out a brief, creatives are notified and have the option to put a treatment together to win the job.
 
		
	While the premise may be relatively simple (like Tinder for people who want to make television), the execution needed to factor in massive file transfer and housing, multiple user type dashboards, direct communication capabilities and safe IP sharing.
