Create a mobile-first platform that connects the body corporate, owners and residents of a building complex in one seamless platform that allows for and provides effortless handling of requests, approvals, notices, maintenance and community communication.
It must be intuitive and should promote consistent engagement in order to both help run the building efficiently, but also to obtain critical mass and ultimately become a self-sufficient repository for all things building management.
And it must be fit for whitelabelling.
Create a building, add the apartments and the owners (users). List the Body Corporate and all of the important documentation in a secure and dedicated database only accessible to owners/users in that building.
Owner Dashboards, Body Corporate Dashboards, latest building notices and a view of all activity in the building is available at a glance with quick links guiding the most common actions and a repository of information obtainable with just a few clicks or taps.
Create a ticket, log a query, check on statuses, as well as monitor the purchasing and plans of the elected Body Corporate. Dwella affords its users the benefit of oversight, the ease of consolidated management and the comfort of transparency.
All of this, created in a PWA (Progressive Web Application), allowing users to have quick and immediate access to their entire building management system at any time, right from their phone. No downloads, no downtime, no complexity.
