The Skin Renewal clinics specialise in offering a full range of doctor-administered medical aesthetic treatments - and they need a website that works as hard, and looks as good.
The Brief
15 Years ago, just as our business had launched, we were approached by the founder/owner of Skin Renewal, who had built his business into an established member of the skincare industry. Now he wanted to take the business to a whole new level through a widespread digital offering. We went about the task by establishing an intricate, strategic and highly optimised digital presence for this huge ‘tactile’ brand, focusing on our technical, data and development expertise.
The site was a success for over a decade, but eventually, even websites need a renewal and we proposed an all-new website look, feel and functionality to give this ageing digital giant a new lease on life.
A fashion magazine theme was to guide the look of this update and we rolled out all the elements of this huge website with that at the fore.

It’s not just skin deep, the backend functionality of the website is second to none with plugins, responsiveness, CMS, CRM, loyalty and tiered shopper considerations at every stage.
All of that and it needs to plug into a catalogue of other brand sites, including an online shop.
A whole separate eCommerce website (which we also designed and built).
