The Brief

Skin Renewal is South Africa’s leading holistic aesthetic clinic, blending advanced medical science with a whole-person approach to beauty and wellness. Since its founding in 2005 by Dr Maureen Allem, it has grown from a single home practice to a national network of 20 clinics, delivering over 8 million treatments and transforming the lives of thousands. 

But it offers so much more than just the clinics - the online presence and capabilities for clients is paramount to ensure return visits on all fronts. 

And what was needed was a highly capable online shop to effectively and efficiently bridge the gap between customer visits. 

The Skin Renewal Online Shop is more than just a thing of beauty… it is a custom-built eCommerce solution (built in PHP / Laravel) coupled with Zenoti – which is a unified platform that handles, among other things, Skin Renewal's CRM, stock and order management, as well as loyalty programs. 

For the scope of the eCommerce website we built for Skin Online Shop, we knew dedicated integration with Zenoti was integral as this all-in-one, award-winning platform helped us elevate guest experiences, streamline operations across multiple locations and drive results like increased customer loyalty and revenue growth.

We created a shop as smart as it is nice to look at, as integrated as it is UX-driven and as connected as it is valuable.
